4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• The deposited amount will be added directly to your account's main balance.

4.2 Applicable Precautions

For bank transfers, payments may be made from Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank or other scheduled banks. Failure to use the correct reference number may delay funds being credited.

5. Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

5.1 Withdrawal Process

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To use this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers.

6.2 VIP Cashback

The 999 bat VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance may be cancelled.
• 999 bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The 999 bat platform offers various game categories including sports betting, live casino, slots and fishing games. Each game or betting category has its own applicable rules.

7.1 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports, please keep the following in mind:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled before the match starts (exceptions apply in specific cases).
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount is refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• For a multi-bet, all selections must be correct for the entire bet to be considered a win.

7.2 Casino Games

For live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette and other games, the rules of the game provider (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI) also apply. If a game stops mid-session due to a technical issue, 999 bat will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game page on the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If these prohibitions are violated, 999 bat reserves the right to permanently close the account and confiscate the balance:

• Operating more than one account by the same person.

• Using programming bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.

• Registering an account with false or misleading information.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

999 bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Participation in prohibited activities listed in section 8.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.
• Suspicious financial activity on the account.

9.1 Closed at the User's Own Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Complete all withdrawals before the account is closed. The support team will determine the process for returning any unused balance after the account is closed.

• Any fault in the user's device or software.

10.1 Service Continuity Guarantee

999 bat strives to maintain service continuity to the highest degree. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues — during such times, no bets or games can be processed.
